The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the secure transit area (Lounge 2, near Piers D and E), so I didn’t need to leave the airport or deal with customs, which was perfect as a transit passenger. It’s just steps from shops, restaurants like Sushi & Noodles Bar, and departure gates, making it incredibly convenient.\nThe facilities were top-notch for a layover hotel. The cabin-style room felt futuristic and cozy, with a smart bed that easily switched from couch to bed, a monsoon rain shower that was surprisingly spacious, and free, fast Wi-Fi that kept me connected. The workstation was handy for catching up on emails, and the 24/7 food delivery from “Mission Control” (their front desk) meant I could grab a snack without leaving my room. Everything was clean, modern, and designed for efficiency—perfect for a long layover. The staff were friendly and quick to assist, ensuring a smooth check-in with my boarding pass and passport.\nMy only concern was the price. At around 132 euros for an overnight stay till 7 am,it’s definitely on the expensive side for what’s essentially a compact room. While the convenience and quality justify the cost for a stress-free layover, it might feel steep for budget travelers or shorter stays. That said, the comfort and ease of staying airside made it worth it for me, especially avoiding the hassle of exiting the airport.\nOverall, YOTELAIR is a fantastic choice for transit passengers needing rest and convenience at Schiphol. If you can stomach the price, it’s a lifesaver for long layovers. Highly recommend!"

"Haven't even arrived yet and their customer service is already dismissive, cold, and unhelpful. They can't seem to clearly state their cancellation policy (at least according to that which is stated on their own website), the link to see my, fully paid, reservation has not worked from the beginning, they take over a day to respond to questions, and when they do they don't address the questions posed and their tone is condescending - like it's all my fault and they've lost patience."

"Great concept but facility is not aging well. Carpet in hallway appeared dirty and worn cracked vinyl around bed. Mattress and linen were great, it was quiet but appeared less than 1/3 occupied overall . Did not enjoy my cold shower in the morning nor the violently loud sucking noise the floor drain made. Some handrails for safety climbing in and out of the bed would be really helpful. Would not recommend."
