"As always a great stay here. Have stayed here a few times now and the rooms are spectacularly clean. The hotel is quiet and there is absolutely no noise whatsoever.\nThe best location for me as it is central and this is why I booked again.\nBreakfast is very good with a lot of choices.\nThe beds are very comfortable and the pillows are to die for. They are that good I emailed the hotel to find out where they get their bedding from so I could purchase some myself which I now have in my own bed at home. You will not be disappointed with this hotel."

"Perfect location right in the centre. Good breakfast and clean comfortable rooms, however small. Our first room was horribly depressing due to a strange shape and layout (don't get a room ending with number 10, those spaces should be used for storage in my opinion), but the staff went out of their way to ge us moved and we were much happier with the new room.\nThe biggest plus is definitely the staff! Everyone we interacted with during our stay was very service-minded, helpful and friendly."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I booked the room in good faith, but just a day before check in, I received a notice that there would be construction and painting taking place during my stay. This wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking, and it significantly impacted my comfort. My room faces the inner part of the building, meaning there’s no natural light, and the work outside the window make it an extremely uncomfortable stay. On top of that, the carpets in the room are stained and poorly maintained, adding to an overall sense of neglect.\n\nI asked if I could be moved to a different room or location, but the hotel said they couldn’t accommodate me. For a hospitality business, I expected much better service and communication.\n\nI hope management will consider giving me a partial refund for this. Depending on how this goes, I will update my review."
