"Good location, near RAI station. Great view. The facilities are well-equipped. However, the cleanliness of the room still needs improvement. Sometimes the bed remains unmade, even when it’s completely bare or has only a single piece of clothing on it. It is evident that the room is not thoroughly cleaned most of the time—dust and even paper scraps always linger on the floor without being tidied during several days stay. The cleanliness do not match the price of around €200 per night. By the way, the staff at the lobby are very friendly and patient, which is greatly appreciated."

"One of the worst run hotels I’ve ever experienced in ‘the western world’. The staff mean well, but they are simply not experienced/‘senior’ enough to take action and the hygiene was a 2 out of 10 (including the spa area). Tried to communicate our experience and feedback multiple times in a very kind and constructive manner, all we got was ‘sorry, this is not how it usually is.’ No solutions, no escalations, no compensation."
