"This was my home for 12 nights. They were fixing it up when i was there but this was a really good place to sleep and perfect in the center of Amsterdam. You are literally with in walking distance to everything. You didnt hear the town at night so quiet. Staff was always happy and fixed anthing you needed. Also good talks😆 i will stay here again next time Im in Amsterdam. My room was fuxed up nice and i had my own new bathroom too. Nicely done. Oh and you get to pet the cutest kitty cat Rocker😺 every morning"

"I recently stayed at The Crown Hotel and had a truly horrendous experience. I was shocked to find a rat scurrying across the floor. This is completely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a hotel that claims to uphold standards of cleanliness and comfort.\n\nDespite my complaints, the staff seemed indifferent to the situation, offering no solutions or alternative accommodations. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay.\n\nI strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. If you value your health and peace of mind, look elsewhere."

"great location, i don't think you can be any closer to the action. it can get noisy so if you don't like noise this isn't the place for you, but if you wanna be in the heart where you're surrounded by bars, restaurants and plenty to see and walk around then this place is soo conveniently located. our room was on the top floor with its own ensuite. room was a little small and cosy, as long as your ok with this then it works and you wont have a problem. plenty of steps to climb and also the stairs are pretty steep. room was clean and had all you need for a small city break hotel. the staff are pretty helpful and theres a nice coffee machine in the lobby. the hotel overall looked well kept and clean. the hotel worked well for us and is definitely a thumbs up for the location."
