"We made the mistake of not reading reviews ahead of booking.\n\nThis is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. The walls are covered with stains from what I can only hope is dead insects. I don't think the mattresses has been cleaned or even vacuumed any time this year. Some of the electrical installation was missing it's covers. The drain in the shower wasn't flowing properly. WiFi only worked in the bathroom. The balcony was filled with cigarette butts and broken moldy furniture, and even if the balcony wasn't advertised, it was still what we saw outside our window.\n\nWe woke up with a LOT of insect bites as well, to the point we were worried about bed bugs, but examining the room and our bites we couldn't find clear signs of bed bugs, thankfully.\n\nWhat this Hotel has going for it is the location and the price per night. The staff we encountered were friendly enough, unlike some other reviews. The parking service was really expensive, but it was still cheaper than any other parking we could find in the area, so I can't really fault them for it. But that's about everything positive there is to say."

"One of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. Both me and my friend have been bitten. The room and hotel is so dated. Everything about the place is dirty. I wouldn’t let a dog stay here. Yeah location is good but not worth the bed bugs. Or sleeping in dirt. Better off sleeping on the streets. I promise you it’s cleaner"

"Where to start. We arrived at the hotel, having driven 5 hours from Hamburg. The parking was exorbitant. The receptionist was the antithesis of warm and welcoming. We got the key for the door, assuming the worst of it was over...\n\nThe room posed not only a hygiene concern but a genuine risk to health and safety. The sheets and mattress were covered in hair and stained with blood. There was no soap or toiletries and the toilet showed signs of human waste. The entire room was disgusting and had clearly not been cleaned in some time.\n\nWhen we raised these issues at reception, we were met with hostility and were told no other room was available. Housekeeping was offered for the following morning, but given the unsanitary conditions, we did not feel safe staying even one night.\n\nWe found numerous reviews describing similar experiences. This is clearly not an isolated case. Guests report consistent issues with cleanliness, poor customer service, and aggressive communication from management. It appears this hotel has a pattern of failing to meet even basic hospitality standards.\n\nWe left and booked alternative accommodation the same night. We were refused a refund, despite the room being clearly unfit for occupancy. Expedia has attempted to assist but the hotel is unwilling to engage in any resolution.\n\nDo not stay at this hotel. There are serious hygiene concerns, and the lack of accountability from the hotel is alarming."
