"I was honestly shocked at the low reviews for this unbelievably gorgeous Spa. I have traveled to many countries and I go to Spa all over the world and the magnitude and beauty of this Spa is pretty world class. It’s not ultra high extreme luxury, but I would call it standard luxury. There are so many saunas and pools and hot tubs. I’m not kidding. It’s like a whole giant land of magical treatments. Plus there’s an entire indoor outdoor pool that is gorgeous and a lawn where you can layout. I spent about eight hours here and I could’ve spent even longer. I thought the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, again it’s not above and beyond luxury, but very very well-made. We had the chicken and waffles style dish. That was absolutely delicious. Cocktails were a decent price around eight euros. Can’t wait to go back!"

"The facility is pleasant and beautiful! The restaurant was recently renovated, and we liked it. The spa section offers a lot of enjoyable experiences.\n\nHowever, the deposit required upon arrival was disproportionately high (€50/day), and we had to request the refund separately afterward. Why? That’s really unprofessional!\n\nThe food in the restaurant is delicious, and the service is friendly.\nBut in the lounge area, the staff is shockingly inattentive and rude. They should learn a lot about service especially when you pay hundreds of euros during your visit only for extra.\n\nWe have stayed here twice so far, but because of this, we won’t return. Which is a pity, because the place has potential."

"Don’t be fooled, this is not a luxurious “hotel”.\n\nDon't be fooled by the website — this is not a luxury hotel. My partner and I booked a superior room with spa access, expecting a luxurious experience (as advertised on the website). What we found instead felt more like a motel combined with a public wellness center. The "hotel" is in a separate building across a parking lot from the wellness center. The reception is in the wellness center, which also did not have a luxurious feel, not relaxing or exclusive in the slightest, but rather felt very public. There was also no lounge, bar etc. - areas one would expect for a hotel.\nThe room was a major letdown: it did not feel clean (floor was vacuumed, and surfaces were wiped - but it did not feel clean), with stains on walls and fixtures, dust/spiderwebs in the ceiling, and an overall neglected feel. The outdoor hallways were dirty and littered with cigarette butts. It did not meet hotel standards, let alone luxury ones.\nWe politely raised our concerns immediately and made it clear we wouldn’t be staying. Despite this, the staff offered no refund or compensation beyond €30 per person for the unused spa — a small gesture considering we also didn’t use the room, the included breakfast buffet etc. It’s worth noting the hotel did not seem fully booked, so offering a refund wouldn’t have cost them a lost reservation.\nIronically, when another couple, next to us in the reception, asked to view the room prior to purchasing, they were informed that it wasn’t possible and were instead referred to online photos.\nI rarely write reviews, but this experience was exceptionally disappointing — both in terms of the misleading advertising and how the staff handled our concerns."
