"What a wonderful stay. Great location! Quick walk to phenomenal coffee and delicious Michelin star food. A lively part of town with kind locals. Room was very clean and they even came in to tidy it up while we were out. Beautiful views from our room. I spent a lot of time gazing out the window. The cherry on top was the wonderful staff. From check in to check out everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Enjoyed the Nespresso machine (which they restocked while I was there which was so nice). They also had outlet converters near the bed which I thought was very thoughtful since we only brought one. They have a space up front that is a cafe with baked goods, games, seating, etc. Overall, everything was fantastic here and such a great value. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed here through Airbnb but felt it was a good all around experience so I thought a good Google review was in order. I came to Amsterdam thinking I was only going to spend two nights, three days there. I decided at the last minute on the day I was supposed to leave to stay an extra two days. Easter weekend I was surprised to find anywhere with a vacancy. When I arrived I noticed the hotel is connected to a café. I mistakenly went through the café even though there is a separate door for reception. If the door isn’t open there’s a little white buzzer next to the door. Checked in without issue, and found the front desk staff to be quite personable and took some time to converse with me. Quite appreciated. The room was “small” but perfect for 1 or 2 people (couple) the bathrooms are modern and clean, the bed was clean and fairly comfortable. I enjoyed the stay immensely. I’d book again and I highly recommend.\n\nAlso, as an aside, there are plenty of good restaurants/cafés/pubs nearby. Vondelpark is also very near and it wonderful to spend a sunny afternoon there. Not too far from Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, etc. as well."

"This hotel was nicely updated and clean. Small european style room, no side table, dresser, clock, no AC. Really just the beds.\nWe had the room with a double bed and bunk bed. The bunk bed was extremely creaky.\nThe front desk staff were all very good and helpful. The housekeeping less so. The main bed was often made but not the bunk beds. We were often having to go to the dront desk for towels as we would only get one or 2, for the four of us.\nLocation is about a 10min walk from the tram line and 20min walknto museum sqauee and Vondlepark. Also next to a small grocery store. Many restaurants in the area including many bars so that did lend to a lot of noise at night especially on the weekend. And with no AC we had to have the windows open."
