"I recently stayed at Hotel De L’Europe Amsterdam for three nights, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the staff — truly some of the most attentive and courteous people I’ve encountered during my travels.\n\nThe hotel itself is stunning, blending historic charm with modern luxury. My room was beautiful and we stayed in Bazaar suite. It was immaculate, and offered a lovely view of the River. Every detail, from the bedding to the in-room amenities, reflected high standards and comfort.\n\nWhat truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their genuine hospitality made me feel at home in the heart of Amsterdam.\n\nThe location is ideal — within walking distance of major attractions, shopping, and world-class dining. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. It is one of the few family owned (Heineken family) in Amsterdam.\n\nI can’t recommend Hotel De L’Europe enough. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning my next visit. A truly five-star luxury experience!"

"It is a nice clean classic hotel with nice rooms and a great location. Our stay started off badly as we had requested a transfer from the airport and provided all our information and chosen a vehicle. When we arrived and were searching for the transfer at the airport we called the hotel and were told that we didn't respond to a follow up email (which we have since searched for and never received) and they had canceled the transfer and wished us luck. That being said the hotel is very serviceable and in a great spot."

"On Mother’s Day I have invited my mom for an afternoon tea at the L’Europe hotel. The service at the entrance was brilliant. Staff of the hotel is super friendly from the beginning til the end! They have provided as a magnificent table with a nice view on the Amstel River. The weather was beautiful and the afternoon tea started right away! I must give their sandwich platter an absolute 10 for presentation, tasty sandwiches and on a beautiful Delft’s blue platter! I have been to several afternoon tea services at four and five star hotel! Their sandwich platter is the best of them all. They have service this platter with a Japanese matcha tea. The tea smells like rice, but this is a new experience of drinking tea.\n\nWhenever you are in Amsterdam, put this afternoon tea services on your bucket list"
