"Overall, this capsule stay is a good short-term option, but with caveats.\n\nThe capsules themselves are well-designed: they offer good sound isolation, lighting, and assisted ventilation (airco). The building is beautiful, and the location is a clear positive aspect, just next to the main museums and within walking distance to the city center, yet far enough from the crowded tourist areas to feel quiet.\n\nHowever, I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay or for groups. The space is functional but not particularly comfortable for extended periods, especially if you’re traveling with others or you have a lot of baggage.\n\nIn terms of pricing, it felt a bit expensive compared to other capsule accommodations I’ve experienced. This was the final stop in a month-long trip across Europe, and it ended up being the highest price per night. Possibly this is due to its location in Amsterdam? or the higher general cost of travel in the Netherlands?\n\nMy main concern is with the additional fees and restrictions, which I found “interesting”:\n• There’s a surcharge for late check-in.\n• A fee to store luggage (something usually offered for free elsewhere).\n• No direct access to the kitchen as you must request staff to retrieve your groceries.\n• Breakfast must be booked in advance or you’ll be charged a fee; the cost itself feels high for what is provided.\n\nOverall is a good place for a short stay"

"My partner and I stayed for a week in a double capsule and had a brilliant stay. You can get the number 12 tram from the station for a very low cost, dropping you off just around the corner from the hotel. The capsule is comfortable and roomy (you can put your luggage in the provided luggage storage cupboard overnight to give you a bit more space) and the air vent ensured that the room was fresh, cool and not stuffy.\n\nThe shared bathrooms were clean, and we made use of the dining space that is available for guests to use at any time outside of breakfast hours. We also really enjoyed the beautiful walk into the centre, about 20 minutes through the museum quarter. Generally, a great stay! ⭐️"

"An interesting experience but not confortable at all. We can't to move inside the capsules and it was freezing inside it. I had to sleep with the door open ( a bit ). Toilets are super clean and with a good space. Bigger than capsule. But for 1 night was fine. Good for young people, super young."
