"Thank you very much to the reservations team for assisting me in securing a great room for my family, especially as we were traveling with our 5-month-old baby girl. We truly needed a comfortable and beautiful room, and the one with a balcony and canal view was perfect.\n\nTo the reception team, especially the gentleman who checked us in – thank you for your professionalism and politeness. Your service and dedication were very much appreciated.\n\nTo Edi, thank you for helping us to our room after check-in and for assisting with our luggage after we strolled around Amsterdam. Your hospitality and kindness did not go unnoticed.\n\nThank you also to the luggage service staff who helped store our bags after check-out. Since I had already checked out online, I appreciated being able to simply hand over my card to complete the process smoothly.\n\nThe Food & Beverage team at breakfast was outstanding – very professional and attentive. They truly understood our needs and were always aware of any requests. The breakfast itself was fresh, delicious, and well-presented.\n\nA big thank you to the housekeeping team for preparing our room with a baby bed. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and spotless, and the baby bed and mattress were perfect for our daughter – she slept soundly through the night.\n\nThe hotel building itself has a unique and charming blend of American and European architecture. We especially loved the breakfast restaurant with its beautiful old-European style.\n\nWe will definitely be returning here on our next trip to Amsterdam. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!"

"Nice boutique hotel, great location! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had great water pressure. The reason why I am not giving this review a 5 star is because the lighting in the room and especially the bathroom is very dim. It needs to be updated! Luckily I had a makeup light with me, but it was still dim. We did enjoy our stay and it is close to many things, it is next to the canal, shopping, restaurants, the bus and the train station are right outside."

"This hotel was perfect in nearly every way. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was immaculate, very spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was absolutely perfect as you are just on the outside of the city center, so you are a 5 minute walk from the hop-on/hop-off bus stop, as well as nearly every canal tour boat. 5-10 walk to the museum quarter and 10-25 min walk that all of the city centre has to offer. Fitness centre far exceeded my expectations. The only reason the hotel was not a 10 for us was that the breakfast was VERY disappointing as it was a fairly expensive add-on and there were very little options. I am currently in a hotel in Brussels that the breakfast add-on is about 8€ less and has 2-3 times the breakfast options."
