Cityden Museum Square Hotel Apartments

"I stayed at this apartment many times in the past and I didn’t have a problem until my last visit a few days ago.i am always staying alone but my booking is always for 2 people,a friend of mine came to visit me in the morning and when he left i immediately get a message from the property stating that someone came to my room at such time and they just left and I should send the document of the person so she could register them to the second person assign to the room…the Chinese lady is running the place like communist china monitoring every move you make and trying to intimidate you about the government and the police is watching the hotel,this should be illegal as if I don’t know my rights or am doing something illegal .I would never stay here again and I advised others to stay away if you don’t want to be monitored!!!!!the owner is abusing her power and trying to intimidate people,don’t go there!!!!!"

"Regarding to the reviews i expected unsatisfying place to stay, however we booked.\nEverything was clean and serviced, heated perfectly, and very good access to the apartment regarding code informations, the area is quite calm and not very far from the center\nWe never regret the value of money that we have paid for that apartment,\nThank you!"

"My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend. We had some technical difficulties (cancellation of reservation by mistake from our end) and we called the hotel to find a solution. We had 2 interlocutors with different information. We finally found the person in charge of the reservation and found a solution. This person was supposed to send us the information for a late check in (around 8pm), they did not send anything before I ask them to send the information 30mn before we arrived.\nThe instructions were easy and clear, we checked in quite fast.\nThe next day, I ask this person some questions about the cleaning policy and the parking, it seemed as though I was disturbing her. They did not use any greeting sentences, and they just answer very expeditiously.\nAs for the apartment, clean, with a fairly large living room. The kitchen is great too, with some coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The room is small, the bed is taking 3/4 of the space. The bathroom is okay.\n\nThe apartment is very well situated ! We walked from the apartment to interest sites. If you don’t want to walk, there is buses et tram nearby.\n\nAlso, there is great shops and restaurant around or at walking distance. The neighborhood is pleasing and clean.\n\nOverall, our stay was great but we were disappointed by the service and the bedroom."
