"Me and my group had to stay in this hotel brand after our flights got canceled. We first arrived at the hotel only to find out we were at the wrong hotel. The manager at that hotel was called Garry, he was utterly phenomenal. His service was outstanding and he could see we were stressed and very quickly gave us all a complementary coffee and arranged us a free shuttle to the correct hotel. Needless to say he went out of his way to help us and he went above and beyond to help us. His level of standards and service are just a cut above and he is a credit to the business. When we eventually got to the right hotel we were greeted by more brilliant staff, very attentive and happy to help. I didn't catch the curly haired ladies name (possibly Melissa) who was on the night shift on Monday evening but she was genuinely brilliant. From there we ate in the restaurant which was also very good and then went to our rooms which were very clean, spacious with lovely beds. We n the morning I spoke to a lovely young lady called Renata who was also really helpful and very pleasant to talk with. Just in general, all the staff we came into contact with from this Brand (Bastion) were genuinely amazing and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. So much so that I don’t leave reviews; but I have went out my way to write one and recognise how amazing these people were to deal with. As a company you need to feedback to these people how good they are and they are all a true credit to the business. Thanks so much for making things so much easier on us when we were having a truly appalling day. You all made it so much easier and were eternally grateful for that. Highly recommended"

"Rooms descent. Rooms although not for smoking the smoke odours were everywhere! Especially in the bathroom.\nBreakfast very basic. Options for dinner were good. Taste wise medium.\nGym out of order!!!"
