"Fantastic experience. All the staff and the manager were incredibly welcoming and kind. The manager saw we were traveling by bike and noticed they are nicer bikes so he offered a safe place for us to store them. They had a baby cot for our daughter free of charge. The breakfast was also SO good and an incredible deal…cold cuts, eggs, breads, cheeses, fresh fruits, salmon, and espresso machine, etc. We would 100% come back and also recommend this hotel!"

"We booked accommodation at this hotel through Booking.com. According to the booking conditions, it was supposed to be an 18 square meter room with two single beds and access to a balcony with a view. After checking in, it turned out that the room did not meet either the booking requirements or the description and images indicated on the website. The area of ​​the room we were actually booked into was smaller, there was a stench, the beds were pushed together into one large without the possibility of separating them due to the very limited space, the balcony access was blocked by a table that was physically impossible to move anywhere. The mattresses on the beds slid to the floor when you sat on them, which is very dangerous at night while sleeping. We asked the hotel administration to move us to another room according to our booking, but they refused, because according to them, the other room was the same. There was no space for two people at all, to get things out of the suitcase, you had to open them one by one to take up all the free floor space. It was decided to immediately move out and look for another place to stay, where we were hospitably welcomed 15 minutes after booking, it was a full-fledged apartment with a large bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and in a nice area near public transport stops. No one refunded us for the small old room, we had to spend our savings on accommodation in adequate conditions, moreover, the apartment cost less than the room, because the hotel promised us breakfast and a nice balcony with furniture and a view. Completely disappointed with the service and false photos that promise customers new, beautiful and bright rooms, and as a result you get disappointment and an empty wallet. We sincerely do not recommend staying there!"

"Had to wait a little while for check in as the website said 2pm but the room wasn't ready til 3, however the staff were apologetic and absolutely lovely, giving us advice on where to go around the city. Location is great, trams right nearby and a lovely bike rental in Marie Heinekenplein. The room was small enough but could comfortably hold 2 people, probably wouldn't recommend this hotel to large families as space is at a premium, but the breakfast is lovely and we booked a balcony which although didn't match the website pictures was still lovely and peaceful, although you may share a balcony with the next room. Be careful as there is a lot of variation between rooms. Would stay again."
