Hotel Saint Dominique

"Kuddos to Jean!!!!! This was my first time visiting Paris, and out of all the hotels in the city I picked the best one. The location is fantastic! Everything is walking distance from restaurants, cafe's, shopping and the Seine river is a couple blocks away. I was amazed by how close this hotel was to everything. You can even walk to the Eiffel tower, it was not that far. There is a wonderful pastry shop right next door. I want to say that the hotel itself is more like a boutique hotel, and the service was wonderful. They were friendly, and helpful and welcoming. Our favorite employee is Jean! He helped me with an issue I went through when my back went out on me (which has nothing to do with this trip) He was so helpful and assisted us in finding the American hospital which was also a good experience but thats a different story. Jean was attentive, he genuinely cared and if it wasn't for him, I don't think my incident would of turned out positive like it did. I appreciate him and this is why I would come back and stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel, for the service, the clean rooms (make sure you chose street view for the best experience), the location and the walk ability.\n\nThank you Jean for all your help. "I could see the Eiffel Tower from my room. The staff were great helping to arrange taxi and always welcoming. Clean rooms and comfortable with in room Nespresso coffee. The mini bar is completely free!"

"Really great location - while it is a short walk to a metro station, it is a fantastic location in the sense that it felt very safe, not very congested with traffic, and also very well positioned around some excellent cafes, markets, and restaurants.\n\nThe rooms are small but have all amenities needed and are clean. The bed was quite comfortable.\n\nService was excellent. They do offer a breakfast for 20 euros which we did not pay for so uncertain what it entails. However there are plenty of cafes and markets nearby that offer breakfast for less. We were also offered complimentary soft drinks and water in our mini fridge which was a nice touch.\n\nFast wifi. Secure and safe building. Another fantastic perk was that it offers early check in (2pm) and later checkout (12pm) which is so helpful when travelling and needing to make a plan for your bags."
