"My experience at this hotel was wonderful. The check-in person was professional and kind and the entire staff seemed happy and cheerful. I had a room overlooking the garden and did not have any issues with noise either from the outside or from nearby rooms. In addition, Paris was having a heat wave and the ac worked great."

"Nice room, comfy bed, and the complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great. It was close to a metro station. All the employees I interacted with were great. However, the walls are incredibly thin. As in you can hear actual conversations from other rooms, and you can hear the TV in neighboring rooms even when it's on low volume. The noise level is not bad for being in the city, it's truly just that the walls are super thin. Luckily, we were able to move to a quieter room, but this was only because some rooms were unoccupied. I would not recommend staying here during busy months if you are a light sleeper.\n\nI cannot speak to the pool/spa area because we did not use it."
