"I have stayed at this lovely hotel 4x now and refuse to stay anywhere else on a trip to Paris. The staff is lovely, friendly and so helpful. The rooms are perfect and charming. The hotel thinks of all needs from robes to slippers to an in-room coffee and tea station and smart tv. I love the breakfast and the complimentary afternoon tea time and the seating area or courtyard if you want to get off of your feet for a bit but not stay in your room. I highly recommend this hotel for a single traveler, couple or family. I’ve done all combinations and have been very pleased with the different room types. I love the location- on a quiet, quaint street just a block away on either side from the hustle and bustle of St Germain. Also conveniently located to wonderful shops and restaurants and a Monoprix. I had the pleasure of meeting general manager Carole on my latest trip. Everyone here is wonderful!"

"Overall, this is a great hotel, clean, some important updates have been made, friendly staff, and a great location. I would stay here again, but have some notes for those considering staying here:\n\nPros: Great location, large rooms (we stayed in the Twin Deluxe Room), HUGE amazing bathroom, the bathroom was updated with a large shower, very hot water, two sinks, and a separate tub. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was very thorough with cleaning the room. Lots of outlets, including one in the bathroom. Excellent skincare products, and toiletry items (shoe cleaner!). Nice toilet paper, not the cheap 1-ply stuff. Hair dryer was also good. They provide a wine opener in the room!!! So helpful. The front desk also opened the bar for us one night so we could have a glass of wine (as our complimentary beverage).\n\nCons: The room was not ready at 2pm when we were jet lagged and dying to check-in We only had to wait about 15-20 mins, but we were exhausted. We had also already prechecked in around 11am so they knew we were already there and waiting. They did hold our bags for us though so we could explore for a few hours without them while the room was getting ready. There is also no mini fridge, the website does NOT state there is one, but just clarifying for anyone who wants to know. We did the two twin beds, as a friend and I were sharing the room, and would have preferred they have not been RIGHT next to each other, maybe put a table in-between them? We still felt like we were sleeping on top of each other. The room floor did slant slightly... but its an old building in Paris.. didn't bother us. My only real complaint is while the website states over and over they have air conditioning, however this is only "turned on" during the summer months. So it was not available. We stayed late March and while the air outside was 50-60 degrees, the rooms are much warmer and it got hot at night. They hotel did provide us a fan which helped and we opened the windows to let some cool air in, however we were on the 1st floor and did not feel comfortable leaving the windows open overnight as someone could easily climb into our room from the patio.\n\nAgain - Overall great hotel and I would stay here again. Just a few notes to help you prepare for your stay. Only gave 4 stars due to the air conditioning clarification."

"Could not be better. Very helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Hotel is made up from 3 origional houses so room numbers are quirky! We had 305 meaning house 3 but floor was 2!\n\nOut Delux Room very comfortable and air conditioned. Very necessary in Paris summer hitting 35 deg c! Complementary tea and coffee by capsule machine\n\nBreakfast was included in our package. Buffet style with plenty of choice in a small salon on the ground floor.\n\nA small bar also on the ground floor offered complementary afternoon refreshments and fresh cake.\n\nAn atrium also on the ground floor open to the sky for relaxing among the plants. Obviously the central courtyard of one of the original houses.\n\nHotel is in the 6th. With fashion houses and expensive shops nearby. The Louvre and Orsay are walking distance or 15 euro taxi arranged by reception. There is no parking in the street. The area is quiet and peaceful.\n\nHighly recommend will stay again"
