"This hotel apartment does not meet the standards of any basic hotel apartment.\nFirst the room when we entered was not well cleaned you easily spot dust in corners, under couches… the couch it self had spots when we told them they said they are not removable but obviously with proper detergent and good cleaners they can be removed (and if really they cannot be removed then change this couch) The duvet had a cover but not very fitting for it so you can see the duvet and there are orange spots on the duvet which were disgusting those simply by putting the duvet into the washing machine can be removed!\nApart from cleaning, the room facilities: the couch is broken when you sit on it, it bends down as if you are sitting on the floor, the bathroom has no toothbrush holder and not even a single towels holder. There is only a drying rack which will be usually occupied by laundry. In the standing shower there is not even one rack to place soap, shampoo. The dishwasher machine was not working and when we asked for extra room service they said its not under their tasks to clean the dishes! If the dishwasher is not functioning at least they should provide alternatives. The passage way in the corridor could be left dirty for 2-3 days. Finally the staff are not helpful, they see us struggling with our kids and many luggage to carry to the taxi they do not even hold the door for us or offer to help us. We did not feel comfortable at all in this hotel."

"Our first day here was horrible, but second day was good. Our our check in was delayed to 3.40pm even when we requested for early check in. We were provided a room with no ventilation and the AC was not working on a day the temperature outside was 36C-38C. We were provided extremely noisy fans which gave me a headache. The afternoon receptionist refused to shift us to another acceptable room. The next morning we complained again and were provided a nicer room (only late afternoon) by the person doing morning shift at the reception. Valentin was very nice to us and gave us a nicer and bigger room. We have two extreme experiences thus average rating. Location was perfect for visiting concert in Hippodrome, otherwise away from the centre. Good restaurants in the vicinity."

"Beware, HUGE BED BUGS!!!\nOn the first night of our stay my husband noticed a rash on his hand, but we thought it could be a mosquito.\nOn the second night he got a rash on his FACE!!! And then we finally noticed several bed bugs in our bed!!! We left the hotel immediately in the middle of the night, and because there was no staff at night, we left them a written note and a message on Booking that we left in a hurry and demand a refund.\nThis was in February.\nAs of today, May 12, I have sent dozens of emails both to the property and to Booking, and haven't received a refund.\nAbsolutely terrible experience, avoid this hotel at all costs!!!"
