"Hello, the hotel team were friendly, room was a good size, clean and cleaned daily to a high standard (shout out to the cleaning staff!). Beds very comfy. One of our rooms was next to the lift shaft which made it quite noisy (hence the 4 stars). The hotel location is great for exploring the city. Access to subway and food very easy."

"I cant believe i forgot to put my review on google! This hotel is GORGEOUS. My fiance and I stayed here for 2 weeks over Christmas. The room was huge and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff were lovely, its crazy how much I remember everyone's faces even now, so they obviously left an impression. We are Australian and this was our very first time in America and having this hotel as our little home base was such an honour. The lobby was so tastefully and beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the staff were so helpful and kind. My partner (now fiance) knew I did not want a public engagement as I'm quite anxious about drawing attention, and we had wanted to do an ugly matching sweater Christmas photo, with how beautiful the lobby and Christmas tree was we decided to do our photo there. The wonderful staff at the door took the photos for us and as he did my partner got down on one knee and proposed. It was honestly perfect for us and the polaroids turned out so cute. Shout out to the staff member who my finance forgot to warn that he was proposing!!! What a shock that must have been, he became an impromptu photographer and managed to capture our special moment!! The next day we entered the Cafe and got a big congrats from the staff and they even gave us some sweet treats. This was an extra special holiday for us, and Romers Hells Kitchen was the perfect home base for that. If you are trying decide whether to book here, I promise you won't be disappointed.\n\nTl;dr\n● All the staff are wonderful\n● The rooms themselves are STUNNING and comfortable(and MASSIVE)\n● The lobby feels like a warm hug (i actually can't explain it any other way)\n● GOTTA GIVE IT UP FOR THE STAFF AGAIN\n● The location is smack bang in the middle of the good stuff (BROADWAY)\n● It is far enough away from the insanity of Times Square but also an easy walk there\n● Close enough to Central Park that you can walk there or jump on the subway across the street\n● Bathrooms are stunning and quite big\n● Bed is so comfy and has so many fluffy pillows\n● Cafe is in the lobby and so convenient\n● we will personally be staying at Romers in the future any chance we get"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Romer Hell’s Kitchen! The room was inviting and well-kept, with a charm that made the hotel feel quaint and peaceful — a welcome escape from the city's usual bustle. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, which really elevated the experience.\nThe location was a standout — perfectly nestled in Hell’s Kitchen with easy access to great restaurants, Broadway theaters, and nearby subway stations. Whether you’re in town for sightseeing or a low-key getaway, this spot hits a sweet spot of comfort and convenience!"
