"Really bad WiFi generally. Not optimized for a large amount of guests. If you’re having to WFH you might struggle. They clearly have the cheap plan because the upload/download speeds are horrendous. To upload a 10MB photo, it’ll take you 10 minutes. The hot water is very in and out. You might not have any for several hours (especially because they use hot water on their linen wash days), only 5 minutes, or maybe 15 minutes if you’re lucky.\nBathrooms are super clean. Nice staff if you’re nice. You can request a fridge for an additional fee. Honestly they should just have them in all the rooms. If you’re staying longer than 2 months, just buy your own mini fridge, it’ll be cheaper. Weekly room cleaning is nice. Some rooms updated, some aren’t."

"There are shared bathrooms...... Some of the guest are nasty and it takes them a while to clean the bathrooms again. The manger is unapologetically rude..... And hate to be asked to do his job. There are mice and roaches to greet you on the 1st 5 floors at night ..... They pretend the problem doesn't exist. Rooms are really dusty.....in all honesty it shouldn't be able to pass inspection. The outlets are in and out.... Microwaves are disgusting and separated from the trash by a shelf ....."

"Overview:\nStayed at this hotel for over 2 months. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Frederick and the manager were the people I interacted the most with and they all were very patient and helpful in my time in the city. They went above and beyond- at some point when my family couldn't get in contact with me, the staff went out of their way to make sure I was alright.\n\nLocation:\nOptimal- barely 2 mins walk from M103, M102, and M101, which you can take in combination with M34sbs to get to midtown. Also close to Union Square which provides many shopping and event opportunities. Also very close to route M15.\n\nNear Union Square is a subway station and routes M3, M2, M1 that take you to upper Manhattan.\nThis location is also near several parks.\n\nHotel cleaning Service:\nThis service was once every week and the staff I met were endearing and respectful of my space. There is a clear day and time range posted in each room so you know when to expect them. They clean the room and replace your towels,etc.\n\nShared Bathrooms:\nLocated in each hall. They were rarely occupied when I needed them. If they were, I could walk over to the opposite hall which most likely had a free bathroom.\n\nMicrowave:\nThere are some microwaves downstairs. There is a 5 minute limit, though.\n\nSome things I wish were better:\n\nRoom keys:\nThere were some problems with the room keys losing thier magnetic properties and having trouble opening rooms. It was an easy fix of having the staffer re-magnetize it. I learned that keeping it away from your phone helps to keep the magnet on the key from weakening.\n\nRefrigerators:\nI would have liked to refrigerate some food but they have to be paid for every month(around seventy-something dollars). It would be nice to have refrigerators be a one time payment for length of stay.\n\nAll in all, would stay again!"
