"Amazing hotel! Stayed with my son for 1 night. The room is so small that it resembles a train compartment. However, the room has everything you need.\nClean bathroom, clean bed linen and towels.\n\nBreakfast is delicious. Small selection, but everything is fresh, brewed coffee.\nThere is a tap for drinking water in the lobby.\nA separate bonus is a cheese plate and a glass of wine for all guests!\nWalking distance to all attractions.\nThank you very much to the hotel! We will definitely come back!"

"Lovely staff, allowed us to check in a little early as our room was ready. The location is fantastic. The room itself is modern and clean, however there is little to no bathroom privacy! Shower had great water pressure. Shampoo and body wash is supplied. They have automatic window blinds which is a cool feature.\n\nThe lobby is beautiful. If you’re a Z hotel member, you get complimentary cheese and wine for each day of your stay! From what I saw, I would not recommend the breakfast, there are so many great cafes close by to go to instead. They also have a luggage holding area if you wanted to explore the city after checkout. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is great and the staff were polite, but the room type I booked (“double room with window”) was very misleading. My room was in the basement, and the so-called “window” was a small strip at ceiling height looking up to the ground floor street (see photo) – nothing like the bright, daylight-filled rooms shown in the booking photos. It gave me prison vibes.\n\nI specifically paid extra for this category expecting natural light. Instead, I got a basement room with no real daylight.\n\nIf daylight matters to you, I strongly recommend confirming the exact room and floor before booking. The hassle simply wasn’t worth it, and I wish I had booked one of the many other hotels in the area instead."
