"The hotel is fine; front desk was always friendly and helpful, including giving gluten-free recommendations, and I am super grateful for them. The location is actually great, particularly given proximity to Victoria station.\n\nIf you don't have to do any work while you're here, (or speak to anyone on the phone, or use wifi heavily), you'll have a great stay. These are the upload and download speeds that I had on my laptop while trying to do work in the evenings. It's likely better during the day, but it caused a lot of problems for me in terms of being able to work consistently. The front desk offered to 'reset it' but ultimately it did not seem much faster. I would think a hotel in 2025 would at least allow you to upgrade your speeds for a payment."

"I can not give enough praise for this hotel. The staff at the front desk were always ready to help and answer questions. The rooms were clean and orderly, and especially enjoyed having a little kitchenette in room with refrigerator and Nexpresso coffee maker. Also the happy hour from 6-7pm, was always enjoyable way to meet other guests. The location was ideal, being walking distance to Buckingham Palace, War Rooms, and many theatres. Also many restaurants and mini markets in area to get a bite to eat. I would definitely recommend and also stay when we come back."

"We absolutely loved this hotel!\n1 - The staff were amazing! Always willing to help and even helped us replan our day to try to maximize sightseeing and minimize fighting traffic!\n\n2 - The actual hotel!\nThe mini kitchen was perfect! As we discovered it’s not super common to get a mini fridge but we had a microwave, filtered water tap, nespresso machine and kettle with unlimited coffee and tea. The beds were great and the bathroom was spacious and even had a heated towel rack!\n\n3 - The hotel location was great. Very walkable location and close to many many transition options.\n\n4 - Happy Hour, snacks and the giant jar of candy on the front desk. All delicious and helped created that cozy, welcoming atmosphere!\n\nIn short, we’d stay there again any day of the week!"
