"Very disappointing experience and totally not worth the price.\nThe most horrible thing was the cleanliness. There were stains on different spots of the room, dirt on the ground and most critically, hair and stains on the bedsheets. I was so disgusted I spent a terrible night and could barely sleep.\nMoreover, the sink was clogged and there were a series of things that I find far from worthy of the price of the room.\nThere is only one switch for the lights, and no nightstand nor lamp close to the bed, which is really uncomfortable to go to bed.\nThe blinds let the light in and we can hear what is happening in the other rooms. I was also surprised there was no daily housekeeping.\nThe location is nice and people respond quickly via WhatsApp, but they wouldn't give me a refund despite of the dirt. Will never go back there."

"I should’ve trusted the other reviews I saw about this place.\nThe pictures I got of the room were nothing like the actual room itself.\nWe stayed for a week, and should have looked for a bigger room somewhere else.\nThe hotel uses WhatsApp for all customer relations, there is no person to person contact and no one ever at the reception desk.\nThe only person I ever saw working at this place was a woman cleaning our room before we arrived.\nWe had to let in other guests because their check in was not working. (You must have internet connection to access the building via your phone, as well as your room.) there is no physical key access.\nThe room itself was cute, but way too small for a stay longer than one night.\nThe showers are super tiny, I felt like I was being water boarded because there is no where to stand but underneath the water.\nThere is no A/C (which is common in London, but no air movement at all was suffocating)\nIf you’re in town for a night and need a place to crash and are already running on UK cell service then this place is great for you. But, like a lot of other reviews I’ve seen, if you’re staying for a long time, go somewhere else.\nAnother plus- it’s right near the tube so you have easy access to all of London."

"As solo travel this fit me perfectly. I loved having kitchenette. Shower and sink were too small but everything else was fine. I did run into the staff, who were extremely nice and helpful with all my questions, and I was able to leave my luggage with no extra cost. I would prefer a receptionist rather than doing everything through mobile app, that's just my old age."
