"I stayed in Room 1 over two weeks ago and unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel did not live up to its online presentation. The photos used in the listing appear to show only one (likely their best) room, which did not reflect the reality of mine.\n\nMy room had very low ceilings, which made moving around uncomfortable — I’m just over 5 foot 9 inches tall and felt cramped. Even more bizarre was the room’s layout: directly above the bed was another guest’s bathroom. Whenever someone used it, it sounded like they were right in the room with me.\n\nWhile I understand the hotel is old, the state of the room felt unclean. I found an old contact lens on the nightstand, a hair on the bed, and visible stains on the walls. It didn’t feel cared for or properly cleaned.\n\nI ended up staying just one night before deciding to book somewhere else. Trying to address my concerns with the hotel was frustrating. Reception is only staffed between 3–8pm, and the phone line is rarely answered. I emailed multiple times with no reply. I called on several occasions, and when I finally reached someone, I was told the manager was on vacation. This went on for two weeks, and I truly felt like they were dodging my attempts to find a resolution.\n\nOverall, the experience was disappointing from both a comfort and service perspective. If you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep and don’t mind some serious quirks, lack of cleanliness, or unaddressed issues, maybe this will do. But if you’re hoping for a place that resembles the photos or responds to guest concerns, I’d look elsewhere. They certainly won’t refund you for any of your troubles. Honestly, I wish I listened to some of the reviews before wasting my time and money with this hotel."

"The room had an unbearable smell, we told the receptionist and she didn’t help. The location was great but not worth staying there. The room is also a lot smaller than it seems. Don’t waste your money there. I hope they take better care of the place for future guests because they have potential to be a great."

"(BED BUG IN ROOM B6) Terrible Experience – Would Never Stay Here Again\n\nMy stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I found a bed bug in the room, which is completely unacceptable and disturbing. On top of that, the bathroom was not properly cleaned—there were two large hairs in the sink, and another hair between the toilet seat and the lid, which clearly shows that no proper cleaning was done before my arrival.\n\nThe reception was not staffed around the clock, so when I discovered the bed bug around midnight, there was no emergency contact, no help available at all. I ended up having to find a new hotel in the middle of the night, which was incredibly stressful.\n\nAt check-in, the receptionist was a very young girl who didn’t seem particularly interested. While she did tell me how to connect to the Wi-Fi, she didn’t explain anything else—like how check-out works—so I was left unsure about what to do.\n\nOverall, the hotel felt unprofessional, unclean, and totally unprepared to handle any kind of issue. I would absolutely not recommend staying here."
