"I spent 7 nights in this hotel and everything was fine.\nRoom is big enough for a couple, with a great view of the river and the tower, i could see multiples sunset from my window.\nService is very friendly and helpful.\nLocation is perfect, near by multiple sites well connected with public transportation.\nAs expected it is a bit overpriced because the location.\nThe hotel is a bit outdated and at this moment some areas are under renovation so depending on your room you may hear some noice from 8am to 5pm."

"One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in avoid at all costs.\n\nIt all started when we received our room. Yes, the view is truly out of this world, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.\n\nThe room was outdated, poorly designed, and worst of all you have zero control over the temperature. We stayed during a London heatwave. The so-called “air conditioning” was set to 26.5°C, while it was 34°C outside. We tried to lower it to 22°C, but after two hours, the temperature hadn’t moved.\n\nCalling reception? Impossible the room phone didn’t work. Using my own phone, I was repeatedly hung up on. I went to reception in person, only to be told (in the most dismissive tone) that the “air con” isn’t actually air con at all just a central system with two options: on or off. Their “solution”? A dusty, decades-old fan that made things worse. The staff were not only unhelpful, but downright rude throughout our stay.\n\nOur only relief was opening the tiny window and leaving the door open meaning everyone walking past could see inside.\n\nThe hotel is also noisy. Rooms are not soundproof, and cleaning staff ignore “Do Not Disturb” signs, slamming doors like it’s a sport.\n\nAmenities? A joke. We paid for unlimited drinks and coffee, but coffee pods and still water were never replenished. Once again, I had to trek down to reception to get the basics.\n\nTo make matters worse, there were loud works going on in the hotel not mentioned anywhere before or during booking. And when we checked out, reception didn’t even bother to ask how our stay was. They clearly don’t care.\n\nOverall, this hotel survives on its location and view everything else is a disaster: poor facilities, rude and unhelpful staff, false advertising, and zero comfort. The Tower Hotel is a place I will never return to, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy."
