"I was ready to give this place 5 stars. I booked Moorgate twice — once for June 15th and again for June 19–22.\n\nMy first stay was great. I booked a large studio and got exactly that. The AC wasn’t strong but the staff gave me a fan, so it was fine for one night. The room was clean and comfortable.\n\nHowever, my second stay was disappointing. I booked the same large studio but got a much smaller studio instead. When I asked, the staff claimed that layouts differ — but I was asking about the room size, not the layout. That felt misleading.\n\nAlso, don’t trust the AC reviews — the unit barely cools. It took almost two days for the room to feel somewhat comfortable. If you’re staying in summer, expect to ask for extra fans.\n\nOverall, the location is great and the rooms are clean. But if you can’t provide the room someone booked and paid for, be upfront about it and don’t make excuses. At the very least, refund the difference if you give a smaller room. Guests deserve honesty and what they paid for."

"GREAT location just steps from the Elizabeth line. Door to door from Heathrow at no time at all. Air conditioner worked too well - kept turning it to higher temps despite 30+ degree weather. Very quiet despite location on a busy corner. Two coffee shops on the first floor were an unexpected bonus. Multiple grocery, pub and fast casual options available within two blocks."

"I am giving this a 1 star because of two reasons:\n\n1) the bathroom was not cleaned when I got there. There was urine, used tissue and its appalling that I had to see that coming into my room\n\n2) I complained. I was told to hold on - for 2+ hours, no one called me back to explain or took the courtesy to come check it out. I called back and they still didn’t have any response. So I went to the store to buy soap and brush to clean my own toilet myself. It’s been 4 days and guess what? No one has still taken the courtesy to come address this or speak to me about this. Zero accountability.\n\nIf you want to book this place, please travel with your brush and soap in case they forgot to clean the bathroom.\n\nI took some pictures of the toilet and I’d be adding them to update this post when I get back to my phone.\n\nUPDATE:\n\nI have now added a photo to this of the urine I met when I got to your place. Hope this helps. You should be taking responsibility not ignoring your customers. Shame"
