"I would highly recommend this hotel for a few reasons. Firstly the staff are all really sweet and if you ask, they will keep your suitcases before check-in or after check out. There is also an amazing breakfast in the morning and they will give you a hot breakfast (vegetarian and non vegetarian). The rooms are nice, and someone comes to clean them everyday. The room size is good but for us the shower area was a little small. Lastly the location is great as you are close to a shopping area and multiple train stations. This makes it easy to go almost anywhere in London via train."

"This isn’t a hotel…. It is a converted 4 level townhouse. Does not have air conditioning. It is rated as three star “hotel” but be warned. Rooms are tiny badly fitting two twin beds. They had us on the top floor - of course no elevator! The room was over 87 deg and the window could only open a crack. Immediately notified our travel agent to relocate. We tried to cool off with a cold shower. But the room was just too hot. They provided five fans…. What a joke. Went to Park Grand Hotel a real hotel for the same money. Plus very close to the rail/underground."

"Nice location, but poor service and frustrating experience\n\n⸻\n\nPositives:\n• Only the location.\n\n⸻\n\nNegatives:\n• The air conditioning, which was a key factor in choosing this hotel considering the high temperatures at this time of year, was not working. Staff was clearly aware of the issue, as acknowledged during our conversation.\n• When I reported the problem and considered changing hotels, I was told: “You are free to leave, but there will be no refund.”\n• The receptionist initially claimed the hotel was fully booked, but later offered another room — which had the exact same issue.\n• A small fan was eventually provided, which did nothing to alleviate the heat during the night.\n• The hotel has no elevators, and we had to carry heavy luggage up six flights of stairs with no assistance offered.\n• Luggage storage is handled in a disorganized and insecure way, with no labeling or tracking system.\n• Breakfast was low-quality and poorly stocked.\n\n⸻\n\nExtra note to future guests:\n\nFortunately, I had the foresight to document everything and report it to the booking platform — which proved essential in resolving the situation.\n\n⸻\n\nSummary:\n\nAside from the location, the hotel delivers an experience marked by poor infrastructure, misleading communication, and a noticeable lack of attention to guest comfort. I do not recommend staying here."
