"The interior of this room was lovely, the beds were perfectly made and the air conditioning worked fine. I appreciated the amount of work that the hotel clearly put into the interior design of their rooms, it certainly helps to create a comfortable atmosphere and the room had a clothing rack with a few coat hangers which I definitely appreciated. Overall I have no complaints and the reception desk staff were friendly and polite. The bar downstairs was also relaxed and a nice environment to chill in. And would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in London - don’t go over the road in the night though!! It can be dangerous (Shepherds Bush Park)"

"Good location close to a subway station, and a bit away from the full crowd in central London, relatively speaking. Room is nice and especially clean, which for me is very important, bed is good and bathroom is clean as well, both are a plus. The room is a bit tiny but that really doesn't matter to me, when the room itself is as clean as my experience here is. I would recommend this hotel."

"I recently stayed at the hoxton Hotel with my mother, who is in a wheelchair, and I’m very disappointed with our experience.\n\nBefore booking, we specifically called ahead to ask if the room was wheelchair accessible. We were reassured that it was — but upon arrival, we quickly discovered that this was not the case.\n\nThe room was far from accessible:\n• The bed was too high for someone with mobility issues.\n• There were no proper supports or aids in the bathroom, especially in the shower\n• When we asked if a shower chair could be provided — a basic request for accessibility — we were simply told: “sorry, we don’t have that.” No alternative was offered, and there was no effort to help accommodate our needs.\n\nThis isn’t just a matter of inconvenience — it’s a matter of dignity and inclusion. What we experienced was a clear lack of accessibility, and frankly, a lack of care or preparedness for disabled guests. My mother felt neither welcome nor independent during our stay, which is unacceptable in 2025.\n\nAccessibility should not be treated as an optional extra. It’s not just about meeting legal standards — it’s about making all guests feel respected and safe.\n\nI truly hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously. Investing in proper accessibility — and training staff to respond with empathy and solutions — would make a huge difference for future guests like us."
