"only location is good, the rest were not good for us. The stairs are narrow, you can't even hold the luggage and go up. Especially we got big luggage , which was so hard for us to go up with luggage. And room is small, even the water basin is soooo small and can't brush your teeth smoothly. The neighborhood can be noisy until 12:00 am. Frankly, we won't stay this apartment again."

"If not for the location and price I would have made reservations elsewhere. The room is very small and the shared bathroom was not pleasant. Management did their best to unclog the slow shower drain but still backed up. London not cheap for lodging but knowing what I know now I would have avoided staying here because the bed provided is way too small for two people."

"I spent one week there, the price is very good and the location is the best, as it is about 5 minutes walk from King's Cross Station, which is a central station, plus that you are in the heart of London.\nThey have no reception, but they will send you all the instructions to access the place, and to enjoy your stay.\nThey are highly organised and they respond immediately to every email you sent.\nThey clean the bathroom daily and the room will be cleaned about 2-3 days a week.\nVery close to the apartment you will find (Nisa Local) a very good supermarket with good prices, plus you can leave your luggage there, if your flight time is many hours after your check out.\nMy concern about the stay only comes in two points, the walls between the rooms are only partitions with a thickness that allows the sound in every room to reach yours, which is sometimes annoying. Also the foam in the bathroom needs to be replaced with soap as the foam is not cleaning anything.\nMy overall stay was amazing and the staff is the best.\nWhenever I reach London, I will book one of your rooms.\nThank you"
