"The hotel itself wasn't great - but the location and the price made it worth it, despite some of the issues encountered here.\n\nThe good:\nThe room was tidy enough, except some rubbish from a previous guest had been left (in one of the draws) which was disappointing. The bed was -very- comfortable and clean. The bathroom and the towels were clean and the shower's temperature/ water pressure was great. The location is fantastic, and the price made it the cheapest option in the area. The lady that welcomed us on arrival was very friendly and helpful.\n\nThe less good:\nThe room was small and basic, and the decor was very tired. The window did not close completely, nor did the door to the bathroom. Some fixtures were broken or on their last legs - headboard fell off the wall more than once, the shelf in the bathroom was tipping forward making it hard to use, the bathroom tap was loose fitting and hard to turn - and the hot and cold water taps were mislabeled. The bathroom looked like it may have been partially refurbished recently because there was new grouting, but the excess hadn't been cleaned off the tiles very well.\n\nThe loud traffic sounds didn't bother me (expected in the location of course) but the faulty window made them worse, and may have been a problem for a lighter sleeper.\n\nAs we were checking in there were new hallway carpets being fitted, which makes me hopeful that the owners are planning further refurbishment."

"We had a 3 single bed room for 2 nights.\nI would say for the price is okay, but it could be better\n\nThe good: Great location, lots of restaurants/cafes nearby.\n\nThe bad: Small room and bath. Fluctuating Internet (Not good for remote work). Room is cheaply build and staff is desorganized."
