"The location is great, close to Euston station and Kings cross. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is charming.\n\nThe rooms were small and the price was more than what it should've cost in my opinion.\n\nCorridors up to the rooms are tiny and the ceiling is not that high so you can hit your head climbing the stairs to the last floor. Walls are thin so you hear everything your neighbors are saying or doing.\n\nAlso there was no way to lock the door. Mattress was harder than what I would've liked, even though I have a very firm mattress at home."

"We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The biggest plus is its location near Kings Cross station. Check-in without problems, we got rooms on the second floor. Officially declared room for 2 persons but I can not imagine to be there with someone else. There is no storage space and the room is quite small. The room was clean and towels were changed everyday. There was TV, vault, ventilator, hair dryer but no air condition and frodge.The bed creaked sometimes. Each day they brought 2 bottles of water. The staff was nice and helpful."

"Good location and service was friendly and efficient. Despite this being one of the better rooms in the hotel (the only one we could see with a balcony), it was still very small, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was a big dip on the left-hand side of the mattress, which I slipped into several times during the night. I checked, and the mattress was very old.\n\nAlso, the bed could be raised (right to the ceiling) which seemed odd—perhaps to create storage space underneath—but even at its lowest point, it was unusually high. This wouldn’t be ideal for shorter guests or anyone with limited mobility, and it definitely poses a risk of injury if you fall out.\n\nThe bathroom was dated, and the toilet flushed very loudly. That said, it was nice to have a bath, and everything was generally quite clean.\n\nOverall, it felt quite expensive for what it was. My sleep was also disturbed during the night by loud, drunk football fans returning to the hotel, and someone even tried to open our door early in the morning—though that’s not the hotel’s fault. The best part of the stay was definitely the location, which is extremely close to King’s Cross station."
