"Room was really clean and beds comfortable. Would have been handy to have a small table near one of the plug sockets for the kettle as it was a little awkward to make tea without one. Good value for money and great location for the O2. Lady who checked us in was polite and friendly but we did encounter a somewhat grumpy member of staff when we nearly took a wrong turn exiting the building. He'd left the 'staff only' chain off while he popped upstairs and then seemed annoyed we'd nearly gone that way by mistake. However, overall a nice stay and would come again if going to the O2."

"My partner and I recently stayed for one night due to an event at the O2. We were very impressed by the lovely welcome from Kim and we felt that the room was lovely and clean. The only small issue was that the bedframe was a little squeaky/rickety as we turned over in the night but if I'm honest I was so tired I slept right through and the actual mattress itself was wonderfully comfy! Really liked the bathroom and thought the service and friendliness created a very nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and return in the future. Thank you, Kim!"

The hotel's location is ideal for events at The O2 Arena, being a short, inexpensive taxi ride or a pleasant walk away. Amenities such as a fan, tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits, and a conveniently located vending machine enhanced the guest experience. The comprehensive information pack provided detailed local information and public transport guidance. Ongoing maintenance, such as the recent carpet installation, suggests a commitment to property upkeep. Considering London pricing, the value received was commensurate with the cost.\n\nThe furnishings in the room appeared slightly outdated and worn. The bedside lamp was a bit unsteady and felt insecure when switching it on and off.\n\nThe television experienced sound issues on all channels, and the remote control was somewhat unresponsive.\n\nThe bed wasn't the most comfortable, though it wasn't the least comfortable I've encountered. I slept soundly throughout the night, but awoke with some minor aches.\n\nThe bed near the window offered an obstructed view of the television due to the en-suite cubicle. A pull-out, adjustable bracket for the television might improve its positioning.\n\nDespite these minor inconveniences, I would happily stay here again. The room was perfectly adequate for a restful night's sleep after a long day."
