"The staff are excellent! They are welcoming, go out of their way to make you feel at home and accommodate requests. Leaving our bags for a bit longer on our day of departure made our stay memorable. Thank you! The hotel is walking distance to the West end (15-20min) and Oxford street or you could obviously take a bus or the tube. Close to King's Cross too."

"I stayed at Tavistock Hotel last month with my boyfriend as part of a romantic birthday trip. The staff knew this and decorated the room so that we'd be greeted with the decorations and cake to kick off our trip. The weather was very hot and humid but thankfully the room had an electric fan as the windows did not open much for safety reasons. We had to go downstairs every night to ask for a pint of ice to keep cool and the staff were very understanding and attentive. Even going out around 3am for a cigarette and more ice, the staff were always friendly regardless of the hour. Props to the bar staff 👏\n\nTavistock is only a short walk away from Euston station and there are a number of restaurants close to it as well. The location is ideal as it is not on a busy road but has access to public transport that makes it easy to get to places of interest.\n\nThe room was slightly smaller than I expected from a King Room but the bed and bathroom were great. Perfect water temperature for baths and regular service provided for changing sheets. The TV allowed access to streaming sites which offered a good variety of entertainment after coming back from a day out in the city.\n\nWould definitely consider coming back next time we plan a trip to London."

"Close to Russel Square Metro station and several shops. The Metro/Underground makes it easy to get anywhere in London. If you don't mind walking, most sites, Big Ben, Tower Bridge are within walking distance. If traveling in summer, note that the hotel does not have AC but fans are provided in the room."
