"My son and I had a wonderful stay at Star Hotel. It is perfectly located just a short walk from the tube station, coffee shops (one immediately across the street), and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around, even at night. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and all the necessities were provided, including a tea kettle with instant coffee, tea, sugar, and cream. We didn't need it, but the fan was provided (something we could have used in our other accommodations throughout Europe).The beds were very comfortable, and the vending machine in the hallway provided drinks and snacks if you needed them. The little courtyard in the front had tables and chairs and felt very private and lovely with all the plants. Lana greeted us when we arrived, and she was very nice and incredibly helpful. The vibes of the hotel felt very calming and family oriented. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely stay here again, when in London. Thanks!"

Our room was not only perfect the day we arrived, but the wonderful cleaning team maintained everything with care and dedication every day so thanks to them and thanks to the reception team for their great kindness.\nThe location of the hotel is very good as well as within a 5 minute walk you have the Hammersmith stop that connects you to Victoria Station, which is a key point for connections to all of London and airports.\nThank you Star Hotel team for a wonderful experience ❤️"
