"I walked in, hiked to the top floor (6 flights of steep stairs), saw the black mould in the bathroom and the broken divan bed, and walked right back out again. The same key unlocks your room and the front door, so there really isn't any safety in this place."

"NEVER GO HERE. it's the worst possible place to go if you want to have a good time en London. The rooms are too small and when a train passes by its like a small earthquake, plus the bathroom its an actual plane toilet. One bed was actually inclined like 5-10°. The pillows are like paper, we found not one but two dead cockroaches. But the worst part it's the attention, the man in the reception at night and in the morning it's the most antipatic and hatefull man i ever came across. The "breakfast" was a box with cold biscuits and a yoghurt. And you have coffee and tea at the bedroom but I suggest you smell the electric kettle before you use it cause ours smelled like dead animals and when we asked for a replacement they ""washed"" it and returned it with the same smell so we couldnt have the breakfast we paid for.\nI wouldn't recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. And I really hope I never see that man again"

"If I could give a 0 I would!\n\nI stayed at this hotel with my baby and my three sisters, and it was the worst experience I have ever had. They gave us a room inside a separate cleaning area, which already felt strange and unwelcoming. The room smelled awful, was completely different from what we had booked, and was so dirty that we had to put towels on the floor just to walk around.\n\nWhen I brought this up to the manager, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he threatened us, saying—and I quote—“Don’t make me get all your stuff, throw it outside, and not give you your money back.” I was absolutely in disbelief. As a group of women alone with a child, this was incredibly uncomfortable and honestly scary.\n\nThe way we were treated when we voiced our concerns was beyond unacceptable. No guest should ever be spoken to that way, especially when the hotel is the one at fault for the terrible conditions.\n\nThis was the worst hotel stay I have ever had, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Stay far, far away!"
