The staff were especially outstanding – extremely friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. We could rely on them at any time.\n\nThe room was spacious enough for our family, with two children, and a baby cot was available as well. It was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed.\n\nBreakfast was simple but sufficient – just right to start the day. All in all, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at the Sydney Hotel in London for eight days. Our room was small, but since we didn’t spend much time there during the day, it worked out fine. The room was clean and housekeeping came by daily. It had a safe, which we used, and a kettle stocked daily with instant coffee and tea.\n\nThere were a few downsides. The room didn’t have a microwave, and we were told there wasn’t one available anywhere in the hotel. Also, the trash can in the bathroom had a broken lid that was never replaced during our stay.\n\nThe location was convenient—about a 5–10 minute walk to Pimlico and Victoria stations. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel, though we didn’t use it much for getting around the city.\n\nWe appreciated the secure luggage storage room, which we used both upon arrival and before departure. The complimentary breakfast was basic but filling. It was the same every day: whole eggs, scrambled eggs, toast, butter, jelly, apples, sliced oranges, bananas, cereal, coffee, and tea.\n\nOverall, it was a decent stay, especially if you're looking for a simple, clean place in a central location."

"For a 3-star hotel, it is more than excellent! The location is very good, approximately a 5-minute walk to Pimlico metro station, about 10 minutes to Victoria Station, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The area is quiet, clean, and the architecture of the buildings is wonderful. The staff is very welcoming, we had a free breakfast, and the towels were changed daily - a very big green flag!\n\nThe only downsides are the room size and the fact that noises from nearby rooms can be quite loud. However, the mattress is comfortable, and after a day of exploring London, once you sink into it, you fall asleep immediately, and the noises are no longer disturbing."
