"My husband and I booked a night here via booking.com this so called deluxe apartment is a hygiene issue. It should be shut down. It is awful how booking.com is allowing them on their books. We were charged £100 for a room that is worse than a third world country hostel. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Blood and urine on the bedding. They couldn’t even be bothered to iron the bedding. The outside was covered in rubbish, food thrown everywhere, rats. It was like a refuse tip. What’s worse. Mr khan, has refused to pay a refund and booking.com continue to harbour this hotel and have removed our honest review. I will be taking further action mr khan."

"Despicable. To avoid at all costs. Utterly inhumane. I had to cancel my stay at this "hotel" a few days before arriving due to a personal emergency and that I needed the money back of this booking because of this emergency. My whole trip was cancelled and they did not accept my request to cancel the booking with paying only the first night.\nThey refuse. I have to pay the whole stay (5 nights) even if I won't be there. You are not humane."

"I have used this location several times staying up to 5 days on occasion. We booked in good faith and my partner had come from out of London as I recommended the appartments. We where shocked to get a room which had a broken toilet but the part that has led to this review is the service that we DIDN’T receive when we asked for the toilet to be addressed and ultimately fixed. We had to leave the building and use near by conveniences. This was highly unusual for me and I felt embarrassed as I had recommended the apartment. We were never given an arrival time for the plumber, and in the end we had to check out and pay for another hotel entirely. When we spoke to booking.com they also had problems with the service and only managed to aquire 50% of the refund and no apology from the proprietor of the property. I am still livid."
