"Truly unremarkable property. Nothing was dirty, but rooms are very dated and very small. Bathroom was constantly wet due to poor ventilation, no AC, uncomfortable bed. Service was fine, not good. Location is good, hence my original reason for booking. No real bad experiences to speak of just a consistently unpleasant stay. Can find other options in the area for the same price that are cleaner and more updated."

"!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!\n\n***DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES***\n\nWe stayed here during the summer of 2024. The only reason I've waited this long to review is because my credit card company finally refunded my purchase and I am now legally free to speak about this Godforsaken rat's nest (I read the contracts...).\n\nThis place is a danger to everyone who stays here. I cannot recommend this sorry excuse for a hotel in any scenario. My family and I left halfway through our reservation because we were locked inside our rooms after our doorknobs failed at least three times within two hours. This is nothing short of a major fire hazard and borderline criminal negligence.\n\nThe staff were understanding and reasonable, and they assured me that I would be taken care of the next morning. God bless them. While I know refunds are of their control, the manager placated me and lied to my face every time I spoke with him. I've never met such a perfect example of disappointment in my life. I don't know his name, but he knows who he is.\n\nI'm so relieved this pigsty received none of my money and I'll tell you how this ends: this shoddy excuse for accommodation loses business left and right until the "hotel" gets sold to someone who takes safety and customer service seriously.\n\n******DON'T STAY HERE******"

"Our room was in the basement and the tube ran under us, so we heard and felt every train that went through. Smelled strongly of paint/VOCs. Other room locations are probably better but we were only staying 1 night. We reserved a double plus single and got 3 singles. Staff were friendly and nice."
