Ruby Zoe Hotel London

"We are just wrapping up a family trip to London and a stay at the Ruby Zoe Hotel and couldn't be happier. Excellent price and location, just steps from multiple Underground lines at Notting Hill Gate and along a major bus route. Also easy walking distance to Portobello Market and many of the lovely shops and restaurants of Notting Hill. Walking distance to Hyde Park.\n\nThe hotel itself is modern, clean and well managed. Our room was bigger in person than it appeared in photos online. The toilet and shower and sink situation meant that this is a good hotel for close family or very good friends, but if you know how small many London hotel rooms can be, the rooms here are very spacious by comparison. Our bed was comfy and our room, located in the back was very quiet. We slept perfectly. Our room was made up every day and the breakfast (included with our rate) was a perfect way to start each morning before heading out to explore London. Coming back to the hotel at the end of the day or to rest in the afternoon was lovely, as the hotel is in a less touristed part of the city which was a nice break from how busy London can get.\n\nThe staff at the front desk and the restaurant was wonderful and friendly from start to finish.\n\nWe will gladly stay at the Ruby Zoe the next time we come to London. It's hard to beat!"

"I never write reviews—but I felt like I had to make an exception for Ruby Zoe. From the moment we walked in, everything about the experience was just right. The room was beautifully designed, with a super comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings. The view from our room was stunning—definitely a highlight of the stay!\n\nThe location is perfect, tucked into a vibrant neighborhood with everything you need within walking distance. One detail we especially loved was the speaker in the room—such a nice touch that made it easy to unwind with music in the evenings.\n\nIf I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to keep the vending machines on the floor stocked. It would’ve been great to have a few snack options without having to leave the room late at night.\n\nAll in all, an amazing stay. Ruby Zoe, you’ve officially made me break my “no reviews” rule—and you earned it."

"The lobby at Ruby Zoe Hotel & Bar has become one of my go-to work spots whenever I am in London. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, the space is incredibly welcoming and well suited for getting work done. It is quiet, stylish, and comfortable, with a great atmosphere for focus or casual meetings.\n\nA special thank you to Carolina and Kamil, who went above and beyond to make the environment so inviting. Their warm and friendly service truly stood out and added a personal touch to the experience. The coffee was also excellent, which made the work session all the more enjoyable.\n\nI highly recommend this spot for remote workers or anyone looking for a relaxed and productive environment in the heart of the city."
