"I’ve had some horrendous experiences with places to stay in London, so my expectations may be a bit low, but this place was charming and affordable, with a very friendly and welcoming staff, delightful tea option in the room, comfy beds, and even an air conditioning unit you could set up if needed, which we did during the day. The water pressure was sometimes low as others mentioned, likely when others were using, but was always usable. The hot water took some time to come too, but was quite hot once there. I would certainly stay again!"

"20 minutes to check into a prepaid room, only person in reception. There is no water pressure, so showering is a chore in the coffin sized shower room. Amenities include tear open shampoo and body wash, which proves difficult when you're in the shower with wet hands. Portable AC unit means the windows have to be open and it's quite noisy outside, towels are in a wicker basket on the dressing table and the first floor has 3 different levels all in all I would not recommend and would not return"
