"I had a wonderful stay at Rhodes Hotel during my 3 night stays. Location near the center of London, close to train station (Paddington), also Hyde Park. I have no problem walking around from here to tourist attractions.The hotel itself is in residential area, very safe and clean, I did not feel afraid walking around even late evening.The reception guy was very nice (I did not know his name, but it was this older guy). He let me put my luggage there before check in time and even escorted me to the second building of the hotel when I finally check in around 14h30. The room itself was small but cozy with big windows, table and chair as well as bathroom (I stayed in single room). There was shower and shmpoo gel and towels as well. The housekeeper lady also very nice she asked me if I needed my room to be cleaned or any service on my second days, but I told her it was fine. There are many cafes and restaurant nearby and also laundry service 10 minutes walking. Just one thing though, I cannot lock my room with key (only automatic bolt from inside). So I was afraid because I left all my stuff there during the days, but nothing happened thankfully. I did not know if it was only my room or other as well. But other than that it was good stay."

"The best thing about Rhodes is the amazing staff (Thanks to Panos for carrying my heavy suitcase!). Nothing is too much trouble, and they treat you with so much warmth, like they GENUINELY want you to be happy and cared for. It feels like staying at a friends place! Yes the rooms are small, but that's London. The location is unbeatable and the price is excellent, they look after your bags for free - perfect for travelers visiting for a few days. The building, whilst old, is super clean and clearly maintained with love. A+ to the managers for delivering a top experience for an affordable price. I would happily stay again."
