"If you don't want to regret it, don't stay at this hotel. The receptionist, who seems to be an Indian man, is very unfriendly and arrogant. The hotel is very expensive with a small room, very simple amenities, even drinking water is not provided. If you need something and call the receptionist from your room, no one answers your phone, so you have to specifically leave your room to go directly to the receptionist. Avoid booking a room at this hotel because the service you receive is not commensurate with the price you pay."

"Excellent, small and clean hotel next to Baker Street. The location is perfect as you can easily walk to central London but also take the metro which is very close by. The room was small but as expected. Very clean and friendly staff. We had a 3-bed room and it was perfect for 3 nights. Highly recommend!"
