The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home.\n\nEvery detail, from the luxurious amenities to the delicious dining options, was thoughtfully executed. The location was ideal, and the facilities (spa, pool, etc.) were top-notch. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority.\n\nThis was, without a doubt, a perfect stay. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return. Five stars all the way!"

"Awful hotel do not stay. One star feels generous for this hotel , the rooms were extremely dated and felt unclean, the kettle was mouldy on the inside ,and upon arrival there was no electricity in our room which took a while to sort . The room was very small and stuffy but to be expected in London . However at check in they make you pay a £50 deposit which they stated would be returned within 3 days of check out. It’s been 2 weeks and no deposit was returned, we phoned the hotel a number of times struggling to get through to the reception , one time we did get through and the call was instantly disconnected. In addition to this we filled out customer forms online with no luck for a reply . For £50 pounds extra we could have stayed at a way nicer hotel for the night and not have to spend days trying to get our deposit back. This hotel is just not worth your time."

Our young family stayed here to enjoy London for a few days, and we found ourselves enjoying the accommodation as much as we enjoyed the sights and thrills of London proper!\n\nThe staff attended to every need, and our stay was marked by peaceful rest, excellent amenities, and overall a wonderful experience! We would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers, for business or pleasure."
