It’s centrally located yet quiet, just two metro stops from the city center. The neighborhood is great. The hotel is family-friendly and perfect for kids, young adults, and seniors alike.\n\nJust like its name suggests — true quality without compromise, and at a completely fair price. I wholeheartedly recommend it — truly the best choice for a stay in London!"

"Excellent warm and friendly staff, really nice room, free parking in central Hampstead. Loved it. The bathroom had a couple of hairs they'd missed, hence the dropped star for the room, but that aside, our stay was brilliant. Breakfast was lovely - great buffet selection and very tasty - and again so well staffed. Honestly, would stay there again in a heartbeat. I was staying there with my mother and we are both hyper-critical. She absolutely loved her stay, as did I. Well done!"

"This is a wonderful hotel near London! I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. With free parking, free hot breakfast, and free WiFi, this hotel is hard to beat.\n\nQuality Hotel is a short walk from the Finchley Rd tube station and the Frognal/Finchley Rd overground station. There are grocery stores nearby, as well, with great affordable grab & go lunch/dinner options. Water was readily available in the lobby. Local food options are somewhat limited.\n\nBeds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, windows in rooms opened, and public areas were well maintained. The rooms are on the smaller side, but match the photos on the website exactly. The staff is exceptional and went out of their way to help, whether it was putting an ice pack in their freezer overnight or helping us book a taxi for an airport drop off and everything in between.\n\nThere are no major downsides to this hotel, but for the sake of awareness I’ll share the only “negatives” I experienced. There are no refrigerators in guest rooms, but the staff was more than willing to put things in their refrigerator/freezer if needed. There is no AC, so there is likely going to be A LOT of street noise when you have the windows open — I recommend asking for a room that doesn’t face the street, if available. If not available, the street noise was 100% manageable but definitely noticeable. As with many hotels outside of the city, it was typically a 30-40 minute journey to our London activities. It was a completely worthwhile trade off to spend more time commuting into the city in exchange for a safe, clean, and affordable accommodation.\n\nOverall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to other travelers."
