"Nice hotel for two nights. Great comfortable bed. The AC worked perfectly as it was warm, and ideal location. Bathroom could be doing with work done (minor cracks on walls and small mould spots on ceiling) but it was everything we needed. Special recognition goes to Mohit for being great downstairs at Reception, the check-in and talking away to us being welcoming when returning at night after being out. Would definitely return to this hotel in future when in London."

"This, unfortunately, is the worst of all the Premier Inns I've stayed in and after paying £200 for a one night stay in a twin room, you realise that the high price point is only due to the location of this hotel. The person who was on reception also doubled as the bar tender, so if it was busy out on reception, you could expect to wait several minutes to get served.\n\nWe paid an additional £15 to check in early. Our booking confirmation said check-in would be at 11am, however when we got to the hotel, the person at Reception said that early check-in was not until 11.30am. Our room was on the 4th floor, room 404. It was small and very basic, consisting of a double bed and a single bed. My Son is over 6' 2" and because the single bed was pushed up against the window, he didn't fit comfortably in it, so he took the double bed which was facing the AC vent into the room.\n\nThe mattress on the small bed was legitimately the least comfortable hotel bed I've experienced. I actually have a tender spot on my left hip from spending the night trying to sleep on it. The whole reason we booked a Premier Inn was because you're usually guaranteed a good night's sleep. Not so in this hotel. Also, there wasn't a telephone in our room, so any issues that may have needed to be communicated would have had to have been done in person.\n\nThe room was also uncomfortably warm, so we had to turn the AC on, which then made the room freezing cold. There was no in-between. Either the room was roasting or freezing. My Son ended up having to sleep with his coat wrapped around his neck because of the inconsistent temperature in the room all night. Neither of us got a good night's sleep that night.\n\nThe small bathroom in our room was very grubby. There weren't any drinking glasses or toilet brush provided. The tiles in the shower were filthy, as was the shower heads. It all just felt a bit grubby and in need of refurbishment and the Wi-Fi on the 4th floor didn't work at all. We could get connected to the free WiFi for a few minutes at a time before our phones switched back to mobile data. If someone was relying on WiFi connection for work or to stay in contact with family, it would be useless!\n\nBreakfast the next morning was very good, a decent choice that seemed to be refreshed frequently. The staff were very friendly and helpful in the restaurant. The best thing this hotel has going for it is its proximity to bus, coach, train and tube stations, as well as Buckingham Palace and St James park. Overall I probably wouldn't stay in this hotel again, £200 is a lot to spend for a really bad nights sleep, especially from a hotel who make a point of advertising it's the one thing they excel at!"

"The check in and Premier Plus room were first class. The air con in room was also brilliant.\n\nService at breakfast was really poor - had to wait for a table and there were around 7/8 tables not cleared away. If it was busy then I could understand but it was quiet."
