"I had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn ! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The breakfast was a real highlight – fresh, tasty, and with plenty of options to suit every taste. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A great choice for anyone visiting London – I’ll definitely be staying here again!"

"Our Stay\nWe stayed at the Premier Inn in London for two days.\n\nWhat We Liked\nExcellent Location: The hotel’s location is genuinely awesome—close to attractions, easy access to transport, and plenty of things to do nearby.\n\nGood Breakfast: Breakfast each morning was enjoyable with a decent variety of options.\n\nWhat Disappointed Us\nDirty and Dusty Rooms: In addition to the cleanliness issues with nose pickings and boogers on the walls, the room itself was very dusty. Dust could be seen on surfaces and in the corners, making it feel unclean and poorly maintained.\n\nDusty Blankets: The blankets provided in the room were also dusty, which added to our discomfort and raised concerns about how thoroughly the linens and bedding were being cleaned.\n\nHousekeeping Issues: We reported these problems three times. Each time, housekeeping would only address the specific spots we pointed out with pictures, rather than doing a thorough clean of the entire room and bedding.\n\nRepeated Hassle: It was frustrating to have to constantly show evidence and request cleaning, instead of having the room cleaned properly from the start.\n\nOverall\nWhile the location and breakfast were great, the poor cleanliness—especially the dusty room and blankets—and unresponsive housekeeping significantly impacted our stay. Immediate improvement in cleaning standards is needed for a better guest experience."
