"Great budget friendly hotel. Rooms are clean and fresh, on the small-ish side but sufficient for me. Breakfast is simple and honest but very tasty. The staff in reception and breakfast are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and do suggest that guests book direct with them. I didn’t but found out there is more value to it.\n\nThe area is quiet in the evenings but there are some food places nearby. The area is bustling in the daytime since there seem to be plenty of offices around. Walk to metro and train is not long, 5-10 min max.\n\nWould recommend this to people traveling with kids (6 years and up or so), friends and budget conscious people on business."

"I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel, as there were some issues with the room allocation. Despite booking the room a month in advance and confirming everything through multiple email exchanges with the front desk, we were given the wrong room upon arrival. Unfortunately, this happened again with our second reservation and our luggage storage overnight issue. While I’m not sure where the error occurred, it was frustrating experience to deal with.\n\nThat said, however - I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the hotel. Every single member of the team at the reception was incredibly professional, kind, and friendly. I especially want to give a huge thumbs up to the two lovely ladies who were working the afternoon shift (I unfortunately didn’t catch their names) on our arrival on Saturday. They really went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of, always offering support with a smile and working hard, tried their best they can to resolve any issues we had. Their level of service truly stood out and made a big difference to our stay.\n\nAhmed also deserves special mention for his outstanding support regarding our luggage storage. He treated us with such kindness and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly throughout our stay. His friendly and helpful attitude was a breath of fresh air.\n\nThe hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast was also delightful the location was close to Liverpool street station and bus stops.\n\nDespite the initial frustration room mix-up, i have to give a huge appreciation the professionalism, kindness, and support of the staff member and their compensations turned our stay into a positive experience. Their dedication to customer service is something to be commended, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay."

"I stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. The location is great, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable with excellent blackout curtains that helped me sleep well. Breakfast was tasty, though the options were quite limited.\n\nUnfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. The room was very small and simple. I found hair under the bed, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. The air conditioning dial didn’t work, and I got locked out of my room due to faulty key cards. It took staff a while to resolve the issue, and overall, the service was not particularly friendly or welcoming.\n\nIt’s priced quite high for what it is, but I guess that just reflects London prices. If all you need is a place to sleep and shower for a night or two, it might be ok. But if you want to actually spend some time in the room, I’d recommend finding somewhere else."
