"First time in London, wow, what a great city! We stayed at this hotel for 4 days in a beautiful suite, and everything was absolutely perfect. Very close to the Big Ben and the London Eye. We enjoyed walking around the River Thames. The hotel offers a wide range of entertainment options for all ages, including a playground for kids (Isabela was so nice and kind to all of the kids at the playground), a relaxing sauna, and a refreshing pool.\n\nThe restaurant deserves a special mention – the food was delicious, with plenty of variety and high-quality ingredients. The staff was always friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.\n\nThe suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of activities. This hotel is ideal for families and anyone looking for a mix of fun and relaxation.\n\nWe truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!"

"I was originally going to give this place 2 stars, but bumped it up to 3 because of the customer service.\n\nMy first room (214) was awful. As soon as I walked in, the bathroom smelled like sewage, probably from the shower drain, the room was insanely dark, and the view was literally a concrete wall. So, if you get assigned to this room, prepare to be disappointed.\n\nThe lighting was so bad I could barely do my makeup—but thankfully I know how to work with poor lighting. Unfortunately, however, the smell was just too disturbing for me. I called the front desk at least four times, and at 11:30pm that night, they tried to move me but were fully booked. So instead, maintenance came up, rinsed the drain, and sprayed something to mask the smell. It helped just enough to get me through the night.\n\nThe next day, they moved me to room 1115, which was much better—brighter and no smell—but unfortunately, it had visible mold in the shower. Since they had already accommodated me once, I didn’t want to push it again, especially since I was only staying two more nights. But still—mold is serious, and at this price point, it shouldn’t be an issue.\n\nWhen you first arrive at the hotel, the lobby and entrance look luxurious, you’ll see fancy cars out front and a beautiful design, but the rooms don’t live up to this at all! The location is okay, with a pretty walk along the river and some landmarks nearby. Also, the Vauxhall station is a 10-minute walk away and has elevators if you’re carrying luggage. But overall, the stay was disappointing, and I wouldn’t book here again."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a handful of times now and think it’s worth writing a review because each time has been great. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I’m always greeted with a smile. I feel that some hotels judge you based on appearance but I don’t feel that when walking into this hotel even though I’m always dressed very casually. Special mention to Viduni on the front desk, she’s exceptionally warm and welcoming! Executive lounge well worth a visit for the view. Always clean in the rooms but one tip to remember is the curtains are controlled from a panel by the side of the bed not closed manually :)"
