Peaceful & Modern 2BR Flat with Water Views

"Lovely Apartment BAD MANAGEMENT TEAM.\n\nI had a booking into this property which offers 24/7 services desk actually that promotes to provide it with as it wasn't my case when I arrived at the property I called. Nobody answered so I had to take all my guests that have been travelling for their shows in different countries to my apartment where I had to sleep on the sofa. I apologised and the next day I managed to check in. During my stay, I did take care of the house and left the house in good condition.\n\nOn the following working day, I raised the incident and they apologised and decided to refund me one day that I hadn't spent at the property, the refund takes 7-10 working days which I understood and never rushed as I understand the Industry, on the 11th working day when I called back that's when they remembered to run me my refund which is something unacceptable even though I am the one who was affected by not being able to access to the property and losing my reputation with my artists as I have contract signed which includes providing accommodation.\n\nWhen questioning the person in charge why the refund wasn't processed on the day that they accepted the answer given was "I am busy and your refund is not the only refund" This answer has been given to me by your Senior Global Guest Relation Executive.\n\nHaving someone in his position with a lack of understanding of guest experience is unbelievable.\n\nNow I need to wait another 15 working days to get my refund, I could have left a bad review after my stay which I didn't have I did like the people who checked me in and the apartment and I understand that not all the people are to blame but unfortunately after going through what I went through I had to leave this review and I hope none of your future guests has to go through what I went through."

"Great place for the family to stay comfortably near central London. Clean rooms and new furniture, customer service is excellent and extremely responsive. Only I wished the water pressure was stronger in the shower. The surroundings are calm and quiet and our 3 bedroom had a balcony facing the water. Security deposit was refunded 4 days after checkout direct to credit card. Keep it up guys and see you soon"
