"Obviously, given the price of the hotel's daily rates, it's not possible to expect excellent service, but it's good for everyone to know before booking so that they arrive with their expectations in order.\n\n1 - The room is not properly cleaned, you can easily find hair on the carpet, toothpaste marks on the bathroom sink, mold in the shower and stains of I don't even know what on the sheets.\n2 - If it's cold at night, forget about the heater. Either it's broken or they don't want you to turn it on. I think it's the second option because there was even an acrylic plate screwed on top of the heater control buttons.\n3 - The receptionist was a bit rude, it seemed like they were working there out of obligation.\n4 - Breakfast is BASIC. They ask you to fill out a form with the options you want. It's literally ONE egg, ONE bacon, ONE slice of bread. Oh, and don't even think about staying up late, because breakfast is only served until 8:45.\n5 - I had a problem at check-in, when I was using my card to pay for the daily rate, the guy at reception said that contactless payments were not accepted. I asked why, but he didn't want to explain. Luckily, I had a physical credit card with me and I paid by inserting the card, as was done in ancient Mesopotamia. This type of "procedure" needs to be notified in advance when making the reservation or on the website.\n6 - Finally, the main problem: don't expect a good night's sleep. In the three nights I stayed, I must have slept for a maximum of 4 hours each night. The room is not properly soundproofed. In the early hours of Saturday morning, you can hear everything coming from the street, from screams, laughter, swearing, and drug sales. I tried to call reception around 3 am, but the call didn't even go through. Soon after, a general alarm was triggered in the hotel. It seems like a joke.\n\nIt's only worth it if you have a small budget and need a place with free parking. Otherwise, it's better to pay a little more and stay at an Ibis or or other known hotel."
