"Wish I'd read the reviews before booking! 3 stars you must be kidding: 1.5 to 2 generous. Tiny room, just big enough for a bed. Couldn't pull the chair back from the desk without hitting the bed! Bed like a board, pillow like a brick. No products in the extremely tiny bathroom- I had to ask for shampoo and bath gel. No coffee / coffee maker, no safe, no wash cloth. Smallest TV I've ever seen. My room, on the ground floor, looked out on an inner courtyard the size of a large air shaft, but with a door on the wall adjacent to my window, which had no bars or even a screen, so zero security, but as there was no fan or other form of ventilation I had to leave the upper half of the window open. And of course, plenty of noise from the neighbors echoing in the air shaft- courtyard. If it was listed as 2 star hotel and I'd paid $80-$110 for the night instead of $200, I wouldn't be complaining, but this is ridiculous. Only good point is that it is a 3 minute walk to Paddington station"

"I won’t be staying there again — I spent two nights.\nThe room was tiny and located right next to the breakfast area, making it impossible to sleep past 7:30 AM.\nThe staff were not very helpful; one of the receptionists was even rude when I asked a simple question.\nAs for luggage storage, it’s in the waiting area, which didn’t seem very secure.\nThe positives: good location and cleanliness."

"The room was so tiny and the bathroom was so small that using the facilities was very difficult. No tea or coffee, no kettle and no shower gel or shampoo. The room was really hot, the beds just about comfortable enough and the towels were not big enough. An extra towel was charged (£1 per towel). The TV was the smallest one I’ve ever seen and the TV sound was barely audible. I chose not to try the breakfast, as I’d had such a poor experience in the room. This room was nearly £300 a night."
